With the popularization of CNC machining center, a problem is the lack of talents to operate CNC machining center. It is very dangerous for people who are not familiar with or do not know how to operate large machines like gantry machining center. The engineer of CNC machining center lists the precautions when using gantry machining center

1. Be proficient in operation and master the performance and characteristics of the CNC machining center. It is necessary to ensure that the emergency stop switch can play a fast and effective role in emergency so as to avoid injury accidents.

2. Wear labor protection articles as required, such as wear labor protection shoes, etc., but one point must be put forward: it is strictly prohibited to wear gloves for operation. Once the gloves are hooked by the machine, the consequences are unimaginable.

3. When working in CNC machining center, do not touch the electronic switch with wet hands or touch any moving parts with hands to avoid electric shock.

4. Do not place tools or non processed workpieces on machines or moving objects.

5. The computer table or work table beside the machine must be solid and shall not be placed on the movable or unfixed desktop.

6. When loading and unloading the workpiece, the machine must be stopped first, and a certain distance must be kept between the workpiece and the cutter. Please do not open the front door and left and right protection covers at will during the operation of the machine to avoid personal injury

7. After the tool is set, please run it to make sure the program is correct.

8. When the power is cut off or the machine is shut down after emergency stop, the operator shall restore the three-axis to its original position.

9. Do not remove the travel switch or any related parts of the protection switch without permission.

10: Keep the floor and pedals clean.

11. Before leaving the machine after work, the operator shall cut off the control power of the operation panel and turn off the main switch of the electrical box.
